Behind the name

Let’s do it again, but with feeling this time.

“Again, With Feeling” comes from the English phrase “Once more, with feeling” which is often used in an artistic context to tell the performer to add more life and emotion to their performance.

For example, a pianist might be mechanically perfect in playing a song but lack a certain je ne sais quoi that transforms that piece into something truly unforgettable. That je ne sais quois is feeling. The director of a play might say, “Okay, once more now, but with feeling this time.”

Content created “for search engines” is too often the paragon of “perfect content with zero feeling.” It falls flat and people sit back wondering why.

The artist never wonders why. It is this matter of feeling, emotion, and depth.

AI is a powerful tool (and we use it where it makes sense), but it has its place in the creative process.

How does this relate to writing and content?
When I was a freelance writer, I often got clients who had burned their fingers before on “cheap” writers. They had chased the discounted service and got exactly what they paid for.

So they came to me and said, “Paulo, I want something written well.”

In essence, they needed to create their content again, but with feeling this time.

That’s the ethos that informs the entirety of Again, With Feeling. People can go off and get “SEO Trash” and keyword-stuffed content and AI-generated drivel from anywhere else. But when they come to us, we deliver only superb-quality material that is created by humans who know how to craft a tale and add the necessary emotional beats that make readers lean in and become engrossed.

The first call’s on us.
